1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
3. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders with a subtotal of $50.00 or more (before taxes). This offer applies automatically at checkout and is valid for US domestic orders only.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following regarding international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You may use this number to monitor delivery progress through the carrier's tracking portal.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sac@useppg.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after dispatch may incur additional fees.
