Return Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside of this window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition, with all tags and labels attached
- In its original packaging
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other external substances
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sac@useppg.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive a response within 24 hours with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using the provided return label or your preferred carrier.
4. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit on your statement.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate your preferred size when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are processed free of charge and shipped once the returned item has been received and verified.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Gift cards
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sac@useppg.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping will be covered by us.
