2. Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Payment processing is handled by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers. We do not store complete credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers at any time.
3. Currency
All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your financial institution will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Additional conversion fees may be charged by your bank or card issuer.
4. Billing Statement
Charges on your billing statement will appear under the name "BORT COMPANY LTD". If you do not recognise a charge, we recommend reviewing your recent orders before contacting your financial institution.
5. Payment Authorisation
When you place an order, a payment authorisation is obtained to verify the validity of your payment method. The authorisation hold may temporarily reduce your available balance. If the order is cancelled or not fulfilled, the hold will be released in accordance with your financial institution's policies.
6. Failed Payments
